Leo Burnett Paris and Crosscall Reconnect Us With Nature

The Instagram-driven campaign provides a window into a disappearing way of life using Crosscall’s mobile technology

Leo Burnett Paris and Crosscall, a maker of ultra-resistant outdoor mobile devices, take to social media to invite people to reconnect with nature and see the world through someone else’s eyes.

Mongolia - Trekker X3 Crosscall

The #ReconnectwithNature campaign from Leo Burnett Paris uses Instagram to follow Botei, a Mongolian falconer, and Kuja, who belongs to a community in the Amazon rain forest. Equipped with Crosscall TREKKER-X3 smartphones, known for its 30-day battery life and durability in extreme temperatures, the two men share photos of their unique way of life in remote, yet stunning places with the rest of the world.

Leo Burnett France created a short film, “Nature’s Eyes,” to introduce Botei and Kuja, and the landscapes we’ll be sure to see more of on their Instagram accounts.

“We decided to do this campaign right in the heart of nature,’’ explains David Eberlé, VP, Crosscall. “We wanted it to be completely unique, carried out in the most remote places in order to reveal the incredible beauty of nature using the TREKKER-X3, the only smartphone capable of withstanding these extreme conditions.’’
